Shipping policy

We process orders in the order they are received, within 7-10 business days, most times sooner. Paying extra for expedited shipping does not put your order above other orders. If you need a package quicker than normal turnaround time, please reach out to us. It is never a guarantee that we will accommodate you but we try really hard! 

If you have received tracking or "label created" that means your order has been processed and packaged and is awaiting USPS pickup. 

I am a single momma who works a fulltime job with a boy in alot of sports. We rely on USPS pickups. UPS drop-offs are every Friday and Saturday. 

Is your order marked delivered but you didn't get it? Please reach out to your local office and see if they can help. There are times it shows delivered but it hasn't been delivered yet. 

Is your item sitting at the same location? Reach out to USPS and they can open a lost package ticket and help locate the package.
